Do you sell or ship cannabis?
No. The Culture Box does not sell or ship cannabis. Cannabis-related perks are provided by licensed third-party partners in legal jurisdictions only.
How do local perks work?
Local perks are unlocked based on your market and partner availability. In legal markets, licensed dispensary partners may offer member perks. In other markets, perks may include hemp/culture partners where permitted.
What if my city has no partners yet?
You still receive your Culture Box and digital access. Local perks will appear once we onboard partners in your area.
How old do I have to be?
Membership requires 21+ confirmation. Partner perks may have additional requirements depending on jurisdiction.
How do you handle payments?
Membership payments cover the Culture Box and platform access. Any partner purchases are paid directly to the partner under their normal checkout process.
